Early Tuesday morning (1/27/04), TWC Albany pushed a software update for its digital cable boxes. This software update included fixes for Video On-Demand issues and guide data problems.
You may have noticed that your cable box power was off this morning if you normally keep it on or the channel was set to channel 1. This was due to the software upgrade.
