On the DVR Diagnostics screen the status of the TA kept cycling between the following messages: 1. Initializing 2. Fatal error no reply 3. Not connectedI tried powering both the TA and Tivo on and off again, re-checked all the connections, and then left both powered up watching the messages cycle for about an hour.Around 4:10 PM, I decided to call TW support in desperation.After connected, the computer answering service said that they were overloaded, call back at another time and then hung up the phone.
