I couldn't find any information on this so I wonder if it's something I'm doing. I'm wondering how many can or cannot access Fox over the air.
I've tried accessing it indoors in Schenectady, Clifton Park, and outdoors on top of a two story apartment in south Troy, but I have never gotten a picture at all. There doesn't seem to be a specific point I can aim at to get a good signal but instead several good/OK points. Maybe there just isn't a good signal in south Troy?

I get excellent reception of FOX in Hoosick Falls with $100 Radio Shack ant about 20 feet off ground. I'm in the low elevation area of the village (probably about a 150 feet difference from the higher areas).

I can access 23.1 and 23.2 with no problems from Guilderland.

That antenna looks pretty small for decent VHF reception. 23 digital is on ch. 7. How well do you get ch. 10 analog? It's the closest to 7 in frequency and comes from the same hill.
